Functional genomics
Research Description
In our lab we work with Dictyostelium discoedium. We use microarrays as a high-throughput method to analyze mutants. Our research is aimed to determine possible relations between function and expression in addition to developing new microarray platforms to classify unknown mutants and to assign function to them.
